Returns & Refunds

We know you will love our products, but understand that sometimes you may need to make a return. Items can be returned in unused condition with the original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. In order to initiate the return process please send us an email at returns@thegreencrib.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid return mailing label.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, less a $5 return shipping fee. If you would like to make an exchange, or receive store credit if the item is no longer in stock, we will waive the $5 return fee. If you would like to cover the cost of your return yourself, please mail it to The Green Crib & Kid, 11 Barnboard Rd., Mansfield, MA 02048. We cannot accept returns during additional percent off clearance sales, on items in our Outlet and on international orders.
