Shipping policy

Shipping: US & Canada

US: Shipping is a flat rate of $7. Shipping is free on all orders of $125 or more. 

Canada: Shipping is a flat rate of $25. Express shipping is not available. The buyer is responsible for paying all additional customs, duty, taxes, and handling fees that may be assessed when your package arrives. Orders that are returned due to a refusal to pay customs, duty, taxes, or handling fees will not be refunded. 

All items stocked by The Green Crib & Kid are shipped from Massachusetts via USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales events. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, stolen or damaged packages, or the replacement of lost orders. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be assessed any shipping and credit card fees. 

Items in our Marketplace (indicated by a "*" following the product name) are shipped directly from our brand partners using economy/ground shipping. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific details on each brand's shipping timeline. Marketplace items can only be shipped within the US. 

International Shipping

We do not offer shipping outside of the US and Canada at this time.
